Potential roots in drain plus soaker pit advice sought

Hi there, our toilet has started to drain slowly. We have plunged it and all clear, but have had roots cleared a couple of years back that may have returned as it did this then. We also would like advice/quote around installing a soaker pit off one of our downpipes. Many thanks! Jane
