New build, general plumbing, Waikawa Beach

General plumbing required for new build (approximately 120m2), including the kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms, and a water pump. Fittings and fixtures will be supplied by client. You will need to allow for the sewage connections, as per the waste water plans. Gas bottles and gas infinity will be installed on the eastern side of home to service the hot-water and hob. The job will take place approx. Nov/Dec. To be able to price the job we will send you the waste water plans and the new house plans.
