Pressure reducer to bypass header tank

I need a pressure reducer fitted to bypass my header tank that has been leaking into a drip tray and drain and appears to be causing dampness on one side of the bedroom ceilings. 1950s copper tank, copper pipes, 2 meters from access hole in ceiling.
