Toilet S - P conversion

We need a new toilet installed asap. We had one purchased, which was p pan, but the old one was s pan. Was installed over the weekend with a convertor, but doesn't fit properly. The backup option would be to get another new s-pan toilet. There may need to be some slight leveling of a concrete slab to make the toilet sit level as well.
