Replace all butanol plumbing in 2-storey house #2

Complete replacement of butanol, install two new showers and a bath, replace one toilet, not sure who would do the kitchen taps etc when the kitchen is refurbished by who we dont know yet. Also note we will have to replace the roof and guttering (not found a roofer yet, and awaiting plans from draftsman), some drainage yet to be done by Drainways, driveway by Proseal, and more house refurb.
