Plumber for kitchen renovation

Need a plumber for first thing Friday 4 November to disconnect & cap our tap sink & dishwasher while the kitchen is replaced. Then follow up work to return once the kitchen bench is installed (approx. 10 days later) to re hook everything up. Please let me know if you’re available at this time as the builder will be here next Friday too and everything needs to be unhooked so he can demo.
