Pumping Washer and Juddering pipe

Message from my tenant in 2 bed unit in Havelock North below. Had a new mains pressure tank install in June so juddering could be due to this. Just wanted to mention a couple of things - the hot washing machine tap in the laundry seems to have developed a drip when it is on; it could maybe do with a washer or something I am not sure. Also the taps in the bathroom seem to get regular air locks and judder and shudder when we have them on. Just wondered if somebody could take a look at that at some point. Best guess quote OK or I can arrange a site visit with landlord.
