Basement Conversion #2

Hi Wanting to convert a basement into a self contain unit. Creating a new bathroom and kitchen area so need plumbing required for this. Also would like a separate hot water supply. The basement has a concrete floor and the existing plumbing for the floor above runs in the celling area. A firewall will be added at the celling level so might need to work around this. Wanting to get in touch with tradies so once it goes through the council we can get started quickly. At this stage looking at estimates to see if we can afford the work. Initial draft plans attached.
