Kia ora, My house has suddenly had low water pressure issues. Used to be a lot stronger flow but now it's not. Need this fixed. Other jobs; 1. kitchen tap only runs hot and not cold. 2. Bathroom tap (vanity unit) seems stuck and probably needs replacing 3. Need a join (which I have, but no ladder to reach) inserted into gutter to stop water going everywhere
