Bathroom advice and then install /swap

1 bedroom unit in a concrete block of 10 units. This is the first one we're doing. We want to replace the shower and maybe the vanity. Maybe swap shower and toilet over as shower by window isn't great. If creating a wet room then possibly change toilet too. We will probably supply the main items eg vanity, shower, mirror and maybe taps. Supply of any pipes, fittings etc to be decided. Also looking to install new laundry tub cabinet. Most urgent is to understand what's possible when floor and walls are mainly concrete. We expect to pay for advice time. Want to do install within next 2-3 weeks. Thanks
