Install my shiny new tap, source and install a sink insert if needed.

I gone out and purchased the most gorgeous kitchen tap - one of those really posh ones that are extremely fancy. Only problem is I am not confident enough to install it myself. This is where I need your help .... someone to fit the tap and possibly if needed remove an old stainless steel sink insert ..... help me source a new one if needed etc. I think the old one will be fine but you just never know and a girl likes shiny new things.
