Leaking shower

I have a rental property in Dinsdale, and after an inspection this weekend just gone a couple of things need fixing. One is, the upstairs shower is leaking out of two corners, which has caused some damage to the wall. I have a building to look at the wall damage, but need a plumber to fix the shower leak. I am assuming it will just be a silicon job, but I have done this twice now and it has not fixed the problem so thought I'd better get someone in. The second thing is, the kitchen sink tap is broken. The tenant seems to think a washing might need replacing, which is fine, but if the whole tap needs replacing that would be fine as well. It would be awesome if this work could be completed by November.
