Washing machine install

We wish to install a small front load washing machine under a bench in our kitchen. This will connect to existing plumbing and drainage. Job will entail removing some cupboard shelves and kick board and possibly some rear cupboard wall to allow room for connection of water and drainage. There is a kitchen sink within 1m of the space. We would like a quote for the job (inspection needed obviously). We have an electrician who can install the necessary power point for the machine. We can purchase machine ourselves.
