We have a combined shower/bath that only does maximum temperature and cold despite the setting of the handle by the user. We have a second shower that has no issues. Picture of faulty shower/bath attached. The house was built in the 1970s but the shower/bath is much newer than than.

Diagnosed and replaced the shower mixer with the correct type. Solved the problem. Good communication and a tidy finish. Would hire again.
