My daughters home has a leaking pipe under the house which has flooded out across the garage floor. This is the second time it has occurred. Both times during heavy flow from rain while running washing machine and house showers. Note. There is a reasonable amount of crawl space under the house for repairs. Can be accessed internally from garage.
