Upgrading laundry

I have had a previous leak in the laundry and i am now looking at upgrading the space to be more modern with the insurance money. In doing this i am looking at getting quotes into how best to create a space like the pictures provided and turning the sink around from its current position. While getting the quote i am wondering if the pipes can be kept in the same spot and put the plumbing under the cabinet or if the pipes need to be move to the wall next door to allow these to be still connected under the sink with more modern faucets. The sink will be staying in a similar spot just the wall on the corner which will then be connected to the washer and dryer that will be stacked next to it instead of blocking the sink which is the current situation.
