Job description
Brief summary below. Chartwell Hamilton. 1960’s statehouse. Timber floor, easy access underneath. I plan on fully stripping the bathroom Easter weekend 2023. This will be all gib off, ceiling down and probably most of the timber floor up. This should make it easy to run all the new plumbing etc before we reline the room. We will be moving the location of the shower, toilet and vanity within the room by a couple of metres each. I can supply a pdf plan with approx measurements. Can organise a walk through if required.
