We have an upstairs bathroom with a sink water inlet that appears to be leaking. The sink is fortunately located above our back door and we can hear it dripping and the water is escaping out of the downstairs bathroom’s air duct. So the water is atleast not pooling up. It just started yesterday and we’ve turned the water mains off to reduce damage to the house. We need someone to locate and repair the leaking pipe (I assume it’s the cold water at this point). It looks like there are a couple of options to gain access to the leak - hopefully right beneath the sink would work as I’m happy to repair the wall once the fix to the pipe is done.
