Drainage system at the back of the sections

Hi Team , Our section at the back of the house gets small amount of the water in there when it rains .We can see that the water comes from the retaining .Its not heavy flooding but just small water. We are looking having a simple and effective drainage system installed so the water can go to the out to rain water out let .
