Sulphur Smell from Bathroom Drains

In our new build unit (CCC issued Jan 2021). We have noticed a Sulphur type smell in our bathrooms on warm days (started noticing about 6 months following purchase). It appears to be coming from the open ensuite drains. Bleach mixture seems to remove the contaminants and reduce the smell, but it quickly returns. Photo's of drains in one of the ensuites is shown for reference (one in the shower and one on the ensuite floor). Looking for plumbing options to either mask the smell, or remove the smell. We would also like to ensure there are no plumbing issues.
