Moving Laundry taps down

We are looking at replacing our current laundry tub with a new unit with a frontloading washing machine. This will require us to get a plumber to move the taps down the wall so they are behind the cabinet. I believe its possible the internal wall piping is copper as the house was built in the 1940s but laundry may have been added later. I have attached a photo of the current configuration plus the laundry bench we intend to buy once we have a full cost for our project. The job is just to move the taps down the wall and anything else required so we can simply connect the sink mixer and washing machine when we put the cabinet in.
