Outdoor Hose Leaking - Underhouse

Hi there, Have noticed that when I turn the water off of one of of the outdoor hoses I can hear the sound of trickling water it seems to be leaking, I don’t exactly know where the leak is as it is under my house which is raised. I understand leaking water is bad, I would like it fixed and I will be happy to pay someone to fix it. Cheers,
