Replace Soak Holes or Join Up To Storm Water

The garage down pipes drain in to two sink holes which don't drain. Hence they overflow onto the tarmac. Some guttering needs replacing but I want to get the drainage sorted first. The first picture is looking down the drive and shows the drain point in the middle of the driveway with the garage in the distance. The second photo shows the relationship of the garage drain pipes to the corner of the house which is the closest point that is plumbed in to the storm water system. The following photos show the two soak hole entries and the house corner drain pipe. I don't know what the best way to fix this is - whether to redig the soak holes or to plumb it in to the drain. I'd appreciate some expertise and quotes. Looking to get on to it asap.
