Leaking pipe to hot water cylinder

The join at the tap between the mains and the HC - directly beneath the HC - has developed a leak. Around 2 litres per day leaking out. The join needs to be repaired / re-sealed. We have an ice cream container currently dealing with the leak, but it requires attention ASAP.
