Inspect and rectify wate pipe and stormwater drain
Job description
So I recently found out the waste pipe was blocked, and I managed to unblock it. The white powder in the photos are some hydrated lime powder to deal with the leaked sewage water. However the soil around this area remains quite wet after the blockage was fixed, especially on rainy days. Maybe the stormwater spills out, or there is still some leakage around this area. There is also a quite loose pipe which appears to be disabled but when I removed it, there is a small amount of water going out (don't know where it comes from, as this pipe is cut off and opened in the other end). Apparently the previous owner of this house was a handyman, and some plumbing work was not done properly.
