I have a 5 year old house and 2 toilets are either making noises or running...I cannot figure how to get into the cistern and caroma have not returned my contact. Also one of my bathroom sinks fills up and takes a while to drain, not sure but could be a blockage somewhere. I am pretty handy and frustrates me not to sort this myself but if I cant get into the cistern then so be it. Rachel
