three small related jobs. 1. We have a small leek in a tiled bathroom and suspect one of the hand basins. 2. In the same bathroom, the toilet is one that hangs off the wall and leverage has cracked the tile behind it. So it will need to be replaced with a floor standing one. It has a wall enclosed cistern. 3. Another toilet in the house appears to have a leak, so will have to be taken off the wall and checked.
