drainage in driveway

Would love a quote on my driveway which floods when it rains, it isn't concrete at this stage. I would like to get this fix, before I concrete the driveway. There is a hill in my back yard and I think there is drainage issue where the retaining wall is design to have the water drip through and then to run along the pathway and to then empty into a drain, however the water just sits on the concrete.
