soak holes

We are purchasing a house in Fairfield, and the original soak holes are at the end of their useful life. There does not appear to be any storm water drainage from the neighbouring properties in the street. The house is around 100 sq m and the section is flat. We would need one hole in the front yard and one in the back yard. Both yards have plenty of room and there is vehicle access to both. We anticipate needing the work done in early May.
