Shower mixer too sensitive

The shower mixer is too sensitive. Moving the lever a millimetre can change the water temperature from cold to hot. It’s difficult to get it into a position where warm water comes out. We are looking for this to be repaired or replaced. It would also be great if you could investigate and see if you could increase the water pressure in the shower at all.

Great end result and the costs came in way less then expected. Will definitely contact these folks again if the need arises.
