Sink hole and storm water drainage issues

A second sinkhole has appeared in my drive way. The guttering drain is in its path and drains into the storm water system. I patched up the previous sink hole and didn't see a site of leak in the gutter pipe. Need some advise and quote to manage this problem so that it doesn't happen again,thanks
