Total bathroom renovation. I have stripped out the bathroom and need the following done. Repairs to T & G floor. Small rotten patch over two floor boards, some holes to be plugged and a hand size hole needs fixing. Most of the repairs will be under the new shower so will not be seen. Repairs to some decay at the bottom of a stud where water was leaking and pooling. Re-line walls with gib. Install wall hung vanity. Re-position and install new toilet. New Ceiling also required.

Ash was great, and did a good job of the building work. However his sub contractors did not pay attention to detail and left some minor damage to fittings and had to be called back to rectify some installation errors. To Ash's credit he rectified all the problems that were encountered and I would recommend him for future projects.
