Seperation of Sewer and Stormwater

In accordance with Grey District Council direction there needs to be a separation of the sewage and stormwater disposal. The Job requirement is: 1. To request a building consent for the drainage work. 2. Dig trench for pipe. 3 Lay and connect a sewage pipe from the house to the council lateral on the proberty boundary. 3. Ensure house pipes and downpipes are connected to appropriate stormwater or sewage drains. The property is available for assessment/work start from 30 Apr when I take possession. There will be one person on site to provide assistance. The council requires this job is to be done by a registered drainlayer. If this job goes well there will be a second identical job in July for another house in Blaketown.
