Caravan hot and cold water system installation

Unsure if even possible. --- ' Classic caravan. Has a fairly small tank underneath, filled via hose. Current pump-style tap has ceased working and was useless for hand washing or anything tbh. Power is supplied through electric lead plugged into landlords' garage. So would require a pump and was thinking something like a Rheem hot water system, but also cold water. Just for washing dishes. No shower. Presently I have to go to outside cold tap and heat water in the jug. Open to discussing solar power. A quote would be first stage...caravan may not be worth spending too much on.
