Replacement tank pipe and pump

We have a suspected cracked pipe from the water tank to our UV filter and are suffering from bad smelling water in a regular basis. The tank and tank eater is clean as well as our gutter protection system. We are having to run bleach through the UV filter which fixes the problem for a while. We need the connecting pipe examining and replacing, as well as a possible pump upgrade and replacement electrical cable. We think something is sucking in dirt from somewhere but unsure where.
