Replace Hot Water Cylinder

Currently we have a hot water cylinder that is situated outside. It's a rheem optima electric. We are looking at options to replace and put it in the ceiling so the outside looks cleaner. We are on a budged so looking for a plumber that is ok with me doing part of the work (i.e. the groundwork of putting it up there, fixit so only connecting it up). I an even run the pipes. Location is close to existing plumbint. Current cylinder is 180L, would like to have at least the same, more is ok. I've taken some photo's of the location on the ceiling. We have internal access to the ceiling, up to approx 54cm wide. about 1.2m height available in the ceiling. I'm looking for two quotes: 1: We do all the "non-plumbing" work. i.e. get the cyilnder up there, place it at it's location etc. Make holes where pipes need to go, or more if you are ok with that. You source materials. 2: As above, but we source the cylinder. Does not need to be done tomorrow, but looking to have it done in about a week. Happy to discuss on sundays ;)
