The existing: - dux quest black pipe - low pressure hot water cylinder The upgrade - new polybutylene pipe - on demand gas hot water - relocate/replace vanity in bathroom - fit a new shower in the corner I am currently looking for pricing as I take ownership of the property next month (July)
