Replace hot water cylinder

We have a rental property in Waiuku which needs it hot water cylinder replaced urgently. We have purchased a very good second hand one and have an ajax valve also. It is 180litres, low pressure. I would like an indication of how much you would charge to replace it for us. It is in a very easy to access cupboard and I believe it should all be reasonably straight forward if you know what you are doing.
