Leaking Kitchen Tap

Hi there Can you advise either what could be causing my Kitchen tap to be dripping hot water, it started off a slow drip to now a steady intermittent stream and it's hot. I've currently turned power off to the kitchen Taps to stop this. Have youtubed a few possible things but am a bit lost. Can you provide either advice or a quote for services?
