re-installing drain pipe external

I bought building in kaikohe in june. There is really big mesh of drain. There is very small pipe for big roof structure. There is also drain pipe inside retail shop. Toilet ventilation been put inside retail shop. One side of roof is draining alright but other side really small diameter pipe install deep side in coming from and high in going into draining side. block is by car floor. I think we need to reinstall bigpipe and remove any drain inside shop as start leaking when heavy rain. I am also looking to move toilet ventilation outside and instal a toilet close by. One side high roof side pipe leaking as well.
