Down pipe installation, at Height

Hi, I need a downpipe to be fitted from my roof into my tank. It's a tricky spot to access a height of around 10 meters. The replacement pipe should be less than a meter, with a M+F bend " Not sure on mm needed" If this is something you would be able to do, please give me a quote. Kind Regards, Stan
