Stormwater repair/redesign

My House sits below the road level on Russell st so it has pressurised storm water pipes leadung under the house to get the water up to road level. However, the problem is; there is a leak under the house (inevitably) and the current pressurised setup is no longer ideal or trustworthy long term. I would like the whole stormwater system re-routed away from under the house or potentially a sump pump system. Whatever is more cost effective, reliable & pleasing to the eye. Easy crawling space on knees under house & moisture barrier covering ground also. looking for quotes & design ideas please. Thank you, Tim
