Job description
Water under laundry cabinet. It does not look like its the drain as the wet area goes up to the surrounding walls. Washing machine hot tap leaks so might be the reason why and might need replacement.

The guy who came over did not give me any quote. He just did the job straightaway without telling me the cost or what needed to be done. Also, he claimed me he fixed the leak so I checked it out and found out that it was still leakin. His time was doubled causing me to pay more. So i complained this to the owner and reduced the time to half an hour.

"Hi rhea I'm sorry you feel this way you got hold of us 9 days later for an invoice and never mentioned the leak wasn't fixed also the time was dropped due to us getting to your job on the day and not giving a price as it was cheaper to do it while we were on site, this wasn't discussed by our guy so we decided the fair thing to do was to charge you a minimum charge and the part required to fix your tap."
