Toilet cistern with slow dropping leak into bowl, two other taps with slow leaks

Hi, I have a toilet (under 10 years old, Caroma brand) with a slow drip from the cistern into the bowl (I presume seal needs replacement). Have a video I can send once i have your email address. Also have a couple of slow dripping tabs, one in the laundry, one in the kitchen that it would be good to have washers replaced in at the same time. House is all mains pressure.
