We are taking possession of a 1930's home in Kenmure that we will be renovating to rent out long term. We will need galvanised pipes under the house replaced with PVC and then some plumbing work done inside the house to move a toilet over by about 500mm, move a bath from one corner of the bathroom to another and to install a new shower. Pipes under the vanity are already PVC and the location of this won't change although we will be replacing the vanity itself. Kitchen and laundry sink locations won't change and already have PVC piping but again it will be all new sinks and joinery. We would also want a separate quote to replace the existing low pressure wetback cylinder to a mains pressure one or alternatively change to gas hot water if it is a similar cost. We take possession 7 December, the house is vacant now so we can arrange access for you to inspect the property via the agent at any time prior to this. There are also a couple of PVC drain pipes on the outside that we would want moved under the house. I have attached a photo of this. The house is built on a sloping section and has a basement area under the house so there is very good access to the underfloor area. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards Roxanne
