Outdoor waste-water drain blockage

Outdoor waste-water drain (from kitchen and laundry) blocked. It is an old-style hole in the ground, with pipes leading into, and opening into it. Access is difficult, as there is decking and wooden steps over the drain. Bathroom does not empty into this drain.
