Remove old toilet and replace with new (supplied)

I need to replace an existing cracked toilet in a rented rural cottage just outside Thames (Totara) in a hurry. A new tenant is about to move in. I have purchased a new toilet and cistern which is in the house and both need to be installed, and the old toilet and cistern removed from the property. Barring complications it looks like a simple transfer. P connection and waste pipes are accessible outside the house if necessary. Key component of this job is speed (and expertise :-))please.
