I need a new tap in my kitchen and also need to locate the toby/ stop cock as we have no idea where it is. We know where the council shut off is but we need to find the shut off at the house. The last plumber we hired wandered around for 30 minutes with no success so it may take a while!! We have no house plans and no contact with the old owners and no idea who built the house or where any plans may be..
