We have a tree root in a drain under our bathroom. Our drain was largely replaced following the earthquakes apart from this small 3m section. The root is 1.2m from the access point. I'm looking for someone to remove the root, and reline the pipe using the nuflow sort of system. Access is available fairly easily from both ends of the pipe.
