Need a few odd plumbing jobs done around the house

Hi we need the following wee jobs done: 1.Replace bath taps with new ones we have just bought 2.Repair sink taps that keep coming loose in their holes so the whole tap moves when twisted 3. New hot water washer in laundry sink 4. Installing a outdoor tap in garden. We think there’s a pipe that it would go onto ? See photo
